Leading with Intention is an innovative blend of organizational research and hands-on growth techniques, all centered around Dynamic Intention’s BLOOM framework.
BLOOM catalyzes personal and professional advancement, guiding participants through a structured yet flexible process that enhances their leadership capabilities across three key dimensions: Core Alignment, Collaborative Engagement, and Collective Impact.
Core Alignment: This phase focuses on self-leadership, where participants deeply understand and embrace their authentic leadership identity. Through reflection and feedback, they gain self-awareness, identify core beliefs, and uncover growth opportunities. Participants develop a personal leadership vision aligned with their values, laying a solid foundation for authentic and intentional leadership.
Collaborative Performance: Building on the self-awareness established in the first phase, this segment focuses on team leadership. Participants develop the skills and strategies to engage, align, and inspire their teams. Through collaborative peer coaching sessions, leaders practice dynamic team-building techniques that promote engagement and high performance, creating an environment where every team member feels valued and empowered.
Collective Impact: The final phase challenges participants to extend their influence beyond their teams and the broader organization. They leverage the insights and skills gained to drive systemic change and achieve significant business outcomes. Capstone projects culminate this phase, allowing participants to apply their learning in real-world scenarios with support from fellow participants, certified facilitators and coaches, senior leaders, and executive sponsors. These projects serve as a powerful demonstration of the participants’ growth and their ability to lead transformative initiatives that align with the organization’s strategic objectives.
Leading with Intention is delivered through a blend of immersive experiences and ongoing learning:
5-Day In-Person Experience: An intensive kickoff where participants immerse themselves in the principles of Authentic Alignment.
11-Week Capstone Project: A collaborative group project where leaders apply their learning from Collaborative Engagement and Collective Impact, culminating in a presentation to senior leadership or an applicable forum.
12-Week Virtual Series: Ongoing development and support are at the heart of our program, ensuring continuous growth and application of leadership skills. These elements are strategically integrated to provide a constant learning journey, with consolidated cohorts engaging in at least two 12-week virtual series throughout the year, ensuring ongoing development and sustained impact. This ongoing support is designed to reassure leaders that they are not alone in their journey and that we are committed to their growth.
