What if I’m not good enough? If you’ve asked yourself this question before, you’re not alone. 82 percent of people struggle with feelings of self-doubt and feelings that they haven’t earned what they’ve achieved.

This feeling of being a fraud is now more commonly known as Imposter Syndrome. Teresa Sande, author of the book, Find Your Fierce: Interrupt Imposter Syndrome and Own Your Success, has seen this phenomenon show up in her work with clients, as well as in her own life, and shares more about what it is, why you might be experiencing it, and ways you can manage it.

Questions to Ask Yourself

  1. What do you do well?

  2. Who can you engage to provide you objective feedback about your performance?

  3. How can you approach your thoughts with curiosity rather than judgment?
